I am of Jewish
heritage. In fact I come from a lineage of rabbis. We were never
taught to pray for ourselves. So when at 49 years of age I was
diagnosed with a massive brain tumor, needless to say, fear
became my number one enemy. I never believed in hell or the
devil. When I had the first of three surgeries, something
miraculous happened that transformed me. Since I was having a
major meltdown, the technician in the MRI room said “Honey, you
need to pray.” I looked back and said,
"I’m Jewish, I don’t know how
to pray."
She then gave me this prayer:
The light
of God surrounds me.
The Love of God enfolds me.
The power of God protects me.
The presence of God watches over me.
Wherever I am, God is, and all is well.
I kept repeating this
prayer over and over. When I awoke from surgery, I heard the
audible voice of Yeshua speaking to me saying, "You are going
to be just fine.”
His voice was so sweet, pure and gentle, yet had a commanding
and heavenly quality. I called out and He answered. That prayer
allowed me to usher Him right into my heart. At that very moment
I became
a Completed Jew!
I went on to have the
third surgery where I became speechless and paralyzed, but I knew God had me right in the palm of His hand.
He would not leave me. I was one of His very own sheep. I knew
that fear was the instrument the enemy was using to try to steal
my hope and my hope for a future. And I knew that Yeshua would
win because God wins all the time.

My name is Renee and
the real meaning of my name is -- Rebirth. I’m certain now that
“I am going to be just fine.”
